Things a Landlord Always Wanted You to Know As A Tenant

At times, the relationship between the tenant and the landlord becomes complicated. However, it should not be in that way. Even, the relation should start in a smooth manner from the very first instance. As a landlord, you should always be polite to the tenants as they are now the temporary resident of your home or the flat. You may be residing in the populated cities in India like Gurgaon and you are looking for the tenants who will come to this city for the relocation. Thus, you should maintain a good relationship with your new tenant for rent in Gurgaon, as they will benefit both.

However, there are some tenants whom due to the past experiences; make they prepare for the worst type of bonding with the owner of the flat. They are even ready for the fight. May be you are a decent landlord yet, the tenant is thinking much more. Whatever, may be the reason, here are top tips from the experienced land owners who have maintained a good bonding with their tenants-

1.    Pay the bill on time

Almost all the property owners who provide flats for rent in Gurgaon expect that the tenant will give the bill on time. This will help to strengthen the bond between both of them. Paying the bill on time or paying the monthly rent is good as it makes the tenant punctual and builds a sense of trust in the mind of the flat owner.

2.    Listen to the instructions given by the landowners

As a landlord, when you are renting your flat in Gurgaon, you are giving some instructions to the tenant. It is the duty to listen to them carefully. All the tenants of you flat should keep the entire property clean and tidy for as long as they will stay. As a landlord, I may say that keep the freezer off today, you should do that. Don’t call us next day, and say that the freezer is not working as I had previously told to put off the gadget.
